Payments

A $35.00 deposit is payable for each market date. Click 'Add to Cart' once, and change the quantity to the number of dates you have applied for. For example, to apply for 3 market dates, click 'Add to Cart' once and change Qty to 3, therefore the total deposit payable will be $105.00.

Please pay the deposit within 2 days of submitting your application for your application to be considered.

Please do not pay any other fees until you are notified that your application has been accepted. Full payment will be required within 14 days of receiving your invoice.

If for any reason you are not accepted into the Handmade Children's Markets, your deposit will be refunded in full.

HCM Stall Deposit

$ 35 AUD

Non-refundable if cancellation is made less than six weeks before market day.

$10.00 administration fee non-refundable if booking cancelled more than 6 weeks before market day.

In paying this deposit you acknowledge that you have read and agree to the terms and conditions.

If you are not accepted into the Handmade Children's Markets your deposit will be refunded in full.

2. Outdoor Stall - 1.5mx2.5m Undercover

$ 30 AUD

$65.00 less $35.00 deposit

Outdoor stalls are located in the courtyard where there is a 4m wide verandah that gives protection from rain.

On hot days it may be advisable to bring an outdoor umbrella.

Most of this area is protected from wind as it is in the middle of a U shaped building.

5. Half Stall - 1.25mx1.5m

Trestle Table Hire - 2.1m

$ 12 AUD

Tables must be booked with your application and paid for within 14 days of invoicing as they will not be available on the day.

Insurance for One Day

$ 20.00 AUD

Public Liabilty Insurance cover for the day.

If you do not provide proof of your current Public Liability Insurance, this $20.00 fee must be paid by the given due date.
